Hi all! I went to my 6 week post op bariatric food class and support group last night and wanted to share what I learned about! There is a low fat, low sugar, low calorie, HIGH Protein ice cream for sale now called Halo Top! And I bought some last night and OMG is it delicious (I can only manage 2 tsp at a time right now mind you!). But it is recommended by my bariatric nurse to add calories and protein to your diet plus something you will sing about! I absolutely LOVE this stuff! Mint chip is my favorite, too - I also like the lemon. My store is always out of the birthday cake so haven't been able to try yet...
