Eating like a bandster unfilled - how to?

I have been down to 2.2 ccs since last Thursday and unfortunatley I have gained a couple lbs. I go back in for a fill in about a week. Is it possible to eat like a bandster when you don't have restriction? Let me know your thoughts on how you did it!

Keep your Protein up and cut out ALL white carbs. Not a single bad carb. The only carbs you should be getting are from veggies at this point.

Then you only have head hunger, but if you have head & stomach hunger that's not a good thing.

You can do this!

I had to do it for a month recently when my band was emptied for PS surgery. I had forgotten what a wonderful tool my band was.....couldn't wait to get it filled again. I didn't lose any weight that month but didn't gain any....just stayed on my food plan (100 gr protein, no white carbs, etc.). It was hard but I lived thru it. And I've lost 4 lbs since getting my fill again recently. Don't go backwards!! You can do it!!
