What do you do? I am not that familiar yet with the website.

The job is really what ever you want to make of it. If it were me, I would probably post a "Happy Birthday [name]" post a few days before each birthday. You could also just do one birthday post per month, for all the "[month] Birthdays".

The hardest part, I suppose, is keeping track of all the birthdays.
