I'm getting scared! January 18 is coming for gastric sleeve

Ok Im am at 215 and I'm 5'5 and I'm getting tired of people saying why are you doing it? You are not that big. All u need to do is exercise and it will come right off. But then I have people oh Stephanie you need to lose some weight.. I'm getting nervous and was having second thoughts like maybe I can lose it again by myself. But the reason I'm doing this surgery because I go up and down alot and I want this to be a big key to help me lose this weight. And the women In are 30s just wind up getting bigger.. I'm a single mom and I lost all of my energy anymore and I feel bad. I had alot happen to me this year also from losing the Love of my life. But I want my energy back I want to feel me again. I want a new me! I'm scared if there are complications of it Or if I get too too skinny because I'm no so big.

Guys Im so scared. Thinking of maybe even backing out after I had my mind set on this for so long. People are completely clueless about this procedure yet they have so many negative things to say. Im 5'4 250lb and 28yr old and everyone says you can do this on your own your young. Food is an addiction for me. Would you tell a drug addict no to get help from a doctor or that he could do it on his own. Nobody but people going through it understand that food is an addiction. If I don't do this I don't think I will ever be a Healthy weight. But im scared. My friend at work was like oh I know someone who did surgery to lose weight and died but maybe everyone is different and that wont be the outcome for everyone.

This is the reason I didnt share with many people the dumb comments. You have to remover WLS is for obese people with all kinds of complications. I also had a coworker say that to me at 25 years old and I didn't move foward now at 32 I didn't want to be 40 with more issues just sleeved 2/16.
