Surgrey was great it's almost 2 weeks and I feel great. I do notice there is a pain in my lower back Hoping it will go aWay. Best dishion ever. I notice I'm getting full and when I be I stop eating in the middle of the day. With everything with Protein drinks, pudding yogurts he gets to be a little too much for my stomach. Hey everyone! My wight was 215 after was 198.0 And I feel great! I do have the pains when I do was fast or take to much in right away. I notice I have to have a break of everything during the middle of the day. I'm getting my Protein in and I try pudding and yogurt and Soup but I notice that I've been feeling full so I'm trying to take breaks in between. Or towards the end of the day and then I'll try to get my protein back in. I'm trying to get the most Water in as possible but I know I should be trying to get more in but I'm always full. I do have a question though I have a pain in my left lower back I walk everyday and I called the doctor and the nurse said what was probably from me laying on the table while I was getting the surgery. Hey everyone I had my surgery on Wed and everything went well... I'm in some pain I notice that I can't sleep in my bed so I have to sleep in my recliner. It feels better that way. Oh I'm so nervous and happy. Today I belive I get a weight in when I see the surgeon. Tomorrow my surgery day I'm all having thoughts that run through my head. . Hey everyone so next week on the 18th I'll be having the surgery, and tomorrow I start my liquid diet can anyone help me on any good ideas?
