  9. I took off one week and am working from home a week. I feel like I could go back now. The issue will be exhaustion from lack of food.   12. Should I be concerned that the sodium from my broth is too much?? I have had 24 oz, 1 premiere Protein shake, and crystal light. I'm already over the daily recommended sodium (per my fitness pal) and it is because of the broth. This next question sounds stupid for me to even ask butttt does drinking extra Water offset the sodium intake?

  33. Can they deny me? Apart of my problem is that I YO-YO ....I can gain and drop pretty easy but when I drop I gain double. Not good for the heart.
