@@wholenewjessica Be committed to the process, don't stress stalls (they're natural) or the stress might make you sabotage yourself with food. Watch the scale but try not to obsess.

Hit your Protein and Water goals. Keep your carbs down, beware 'slider' foods. Ignore sugar. Don't graze. Treat yourself, but stop at that one treat. Stay active. Track everything. Trust what your sleeve says
