2 week stall broken! There is hope, people.

  • Popular Post

Fiiiiinally.

I've heard a lot about the dreaded week 3 stall but I stalled from 7 days post op until week 3, then dropped 9 lbs this week! 3 lbs just since yesterday. I assume it was some Water I was holding onto that finally left because I know you can't actually lose 3 lbs over night, but it's sure good to see that scale move.

I was really feeling like this was a failure and waste of money (self pay), but now that I see it really was just a stall on the scale I feel newly motivated. I'll have to remember this for next time!

That is awesome! I bet it feels great to get that scale moving again. I am in the second week of a stall, which began on in week 3. Scale hasn't budged but my clothes are getting looser regardless.

Thanks for the uplifting post! :)

Keep focused on the prize and not the scale ;)

Congratulations on the surgery!

Yay :D, *happy dance*
