Shopping for my post op clear liquid diet.

I was told that I need to have a clear, low carb protein drink. I was going to get the Atkins Lift protein drink but can't find it, or anything else similar. What clear protein drinks did you have?

    I would recommend premier Protein. You can get them at Sam's. They are 30g of protein and only 1g of sugar. I would think your doctor would find this acceptable.
