All is well here aside from getting a stomach virus and the flu last week. So excited for you! Take each day at a time. Remember why you chose to do this. It's for your health. No one can walk this journey except for you. Stay positive and you will have a positive outcome. That's all I remember is focusing on was Positivity a few days before surgery. This is a lifestyle change and it will change your life.
