Rejecting ProCare Health Bariatric Capsules

My one flounder since this surgery is these vitamins! I take and have taken supps for years, but this one is the only one I've ever taken (aside from bad and cheap fish oil), that my stomach instantly rejects, ProCare Health Bariatric Capsules. I don't even feel safe taking them any longer. Tonight was it! Can you please recommend something else, if you've had issues with this supp.? Thank you Kindly... I know I went on a tangent here, but its super upsetting, I really don't understand why this is so harsh esp as a bariatric supplement.

Thanks again, for suggestions!

I have found high potency Vitamins can be difficult to take at the best of times. I certainly can't take them on an empty stomach.

I have found better results taking a regular Multivitamin and then individual supplements throughout the day. Trying to combine all my vitamins in one pill is a recipe for disaster for me.

My surgeon gave me a recommended supplement list and recommended schedule.

Thanks Inner Surf. Girl! I was trying to avoid taking more than a couple pills. I may use the patch for a month then go back to a different pill after Im on full foods. I do have a list with various options, will go back to the drawing board and see whats going to work for me. New tummy new rules! :D
