It is good that you are gaining insight here prior to a seminar. My husband and I walked into a WL seminar, one of many in 15 years, and met the most amazing surgeon who completely won our trust and admiration. The best! There was no doubt we were in the right place.

Here in Southern California with Kaiser they make you go through months of classes. Then after you "Graduate" from your 12 week course you have to wait another 2-3 months before you see the surgeon I started my first class back in May. I have yet to see the surgeon...long waiting process.
