Fuzzy teeth and/or geograpic tongue

Has anyone else figured out a way to deal with fuzzy teeth? Or dealing with geographic tongue? It seems like no matter how often i brush my teeth they get an icky texture soon after.

I am super worried about my breath too. If it feels this gross its got to be rank.
