I saw this posted on another thread and I thought it was a good idea. All of us Junies could do this together.

I do not weigh myself at home I only get weighed at my exercise, nutritrion class which is every other week. Others may post as often as they like.

    THANKS SUZZZIE..........I AM FINALLY LIKING WHAT I SEE WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR. IT'S AMAZING HOW GREAT MY BODY FEELS. I NO LONGER ACHE. THE ONLY PAIN I FEEL NOW IS THE SORENESS FROM WORKING OUT IN THE GYM. BUT, THAT'S A GOOD KIND OF PAIN.
