6 months Post Op vitamin question

  • Popular Post

Coming up on the 6 month mark and feeling great! I'm down 73lbs! I have a lot of new found energy and have been working out like crazy. I'm been using the new Patches Vitamins because I am not good with them orally. And the gummies are too sweet. Is anyone using the patches, I go in two weeks for 6month bloodwork so I'm hoping they are working! post-288065-14719185040656_thumb.jpg

How long have you been using the patches? Should be getting mine this week! My NUT said to have blood work done in 4-6 months to see if they are working well.
