Coming up on the 6 month mark and feeling great! I'm down 73lbs! I have a lot of new found energy and have been working out like crazy. I'm been using the new Patches Vitamins because I am not good with them orally. And the gummies are too sweet. Is anyone using the patches, I go in two weeks for 6month bloodwork so I'm hoping they are working!

I don't do the patches, but several people on one of the other WLS forums I'm on use them and have had really good luck with them.

The Patches are a huge life saver and great for people who have had weight loss surgery because you guys know Vitamins are so important! I'm praying they are doing their job!

I never heard of the Patches...but just ordered them after reading your post, I'm horrible at swallowing pills so I'm excited to just be able to wear a patch. I got a combination pack suggested for gastric bypass, is it ok to wear all 4 patches at one time?
