Congratulations! How are you feeling? Please share your experience, as I am going in next week :-).

I had my surgery august 5th 2016 so we're very close date wise :-) good for you, definitely feels like I made the right decision for myself as well. BabyLurve24, my Dr told me to walk around my house as much as I could handle after the surgery. He advised that I not start with the gym, machines or weights till I was 6 weeks post op. Even then, to take it easy and gently build up to what I could do before. Good luck and all the best

Congrats, I also had my sleeve done on 8/8/16. My pre weight was 234 lbs and on 8/15/16 i weight 221 lbs. I will weight myself tomorrow. I am so happy I had the surgery.

Surgery was 8/24 and I initially lost 10 lbs. but nothing since. I do feel lighter, maybe losing inches but when is the weight start coming off? I'm still in 2nd week post surgery and can't keep off the scale. Any help friends?
