    I've only lost 10 lbs initially but nothing since. I'm getting very discouraged. I also can eat more than I thought I would be able too. I ate a whole sandwich without any discomfort.     I'm 5' and had surgery Aug 24th. I'm having trouble getting in the amount of Fluid I'm supposed to have. What amount of clear fluids were you told to consume daily?
