Did you have trouble losing after "graduating" to stage 3??

I am on week 4 post op and have not lost any weight since starting on stage 3 - - I go up and down but don't seem to loose anything

Please advise. I am being good and don't think I am overeating - any suggestions?

:help:

I lost 12 lbs in my first 12 days after surgery ... soon as I got to "soft foods" it has been a struggle, a fight to lose more. I too don't feel that I am over-eating, I am drinking the required amount of water and walking each evening as well. ANXIOUSLY awaiting my first fill

food sucks up Water, water weighs 8.33 pounds per gallon.

When you were on liquids, you had no food in your digestive tract to hold on to water.

Now you do.

I think most of us slowed down once we went back to regular foods but it's a temporary issue. Hard as it is...try not to worry about it as it's totally normal. Once your body acclimates back to a normal diet it will settle down and you'll see progress again. Your body has been through a lot and just needs some time!
