1.8 pounds at my 3 week post op mark today....

@@NewLA

17.8 lbs down in 3 weeks?

that's wonderful

if you don't lose any weight for a couple of days, that doesn't mean you are in a stall

an "official" stall - you didn't lose any weight for at LEAST 3 weeks

you are now at 3 weeks, down over 17 lbs!!! :)

no stall here!!!

you are doing great

relish (or pickle LOL) the moment!!!

keep up the good work

i'm sure you will

kathy

congrats

Thanks. I hadn't lost any weight since my 7 days out which was July 11...stayed at the same until today July 28th. Hope I broke this stall as my body is healing..

Ugh ! I'm in the 2-3 week stall and trying not to be severely depressed . All my effort and money and and a scale hasn't moved in a week no matter what I do !

The stall moved and I lost 3.4 pounds but that was from July 15th to August 4th. Let's see if it moves. I wonder if my lack of Protein intake is impacting it. I struggle with protein

Probably.

Getting enough protein is critical for healing and for weight loss.
