I have made 4 weeks today with Bordland. I really like him. I have an apt today actually.

I got an entire folder of info, and you can always call and ask questions.

As far as hotel stay, I stayed at la Quinta and really liked it.

The holiday Inn would be my other choice.

Doing good ... down 33 pounds. I think I'm only going to do about 15 more. Feeling great and really no problem. A little nausea but usually just when I go too long without eating.

I'm so excited for you and cant wait to hear how everything is going. I'm here for you!!

Each time it's been 7-10 days and then I'll drop 1-2 pounds. This is slow moving but that's kind of what I expected and hoping that will help it stay off. Weighed in this morning at 163.7 ... 35 pounds total since my highest weight.

Your day is almost here! Can't wait to hear all about it. If you have any questions while you're there, don't hesitate to ask! So excited for you!

Hi, I am glad to find a current post about Dr. Borland. I had an appointment with him today, and he was very nice. I scheduled my surgery for December. I was wondering how did you all take care of your blood work and x-ray. Did your family doctor do it and file on insurance? I am really unsure of how my family doctor will respond to me wanting to have surgery.

That's where I went too. That's with the 50% discount for being self pay.

That doesn't include the charges for reading of the EKG and the chest xray, but that is 50% off too.
