Hi! I just got my surgery date for July 20th. I'm excited nervous and everything in between. Looking to find a pal, to work through the process with, with similar surgery date!

I'm doing good, I'm having issues getting 64 Oz of water in daily since they started me on food. I get about 50, but otherwise doing great

Hi I had sleeve surgery on the 27 of july. Things are going good. I look at each day as a new challenge. I have to be on full liquids for total of 3 weeks. About half way through. After that mushy food and 64 oz of Fluid each day for 3 weeks. Then to somewhat finding out what foods my new tummy likes. I can't have Pasta bread or grains until I have lost 75 percent of the projected weight loss. Good luck to you and stay positive. Best wishes from Idaho!

That's great idea not to have pastas grains and such. My plan isn't strict ... but I am strict on myself. I've been sticking to hummus, eggs, yogurt, and soups ... and of course my protein shakes
