I am looking for a buddy

My name is Tammy I live the in Kitsap County Washington state. I am getting prepared for gastric bypass surgery I have not had the surgery yet. Just getting through all the stages. I still have to get my goal weight for surgery. I have finished all my tests and now I have 3 behavioral therapy sessions to complete and I finished my physical therapy and nutriontist appointments. I am nervous about not able to eat the foods that I love and don't want to give up. I am nervous about going through the surgery and having the dumping syndrome. I am having trouble with foods that I am suppose to eat. I have trouble with skipping mealsand Snacks.

@tammyqp16... Grilled chicken, deli meat, cheese, Greek yogurt, spinach, tomatoes, hemp seed, flax seed, blueberries, apples, nuts all kinds, great added to yogurt with cinnamon..If you must have rice I would go with brown rice and Pasta I would get rice pasta. Best to avoid pasta and rice as they don't fill you up...I think that's the bulk of my weekly shopping list, of course I add change as needed

Ground turkey/chicken/beef to make chil I add veggies to it..

I had 2 visits a month and it took 6 months. I will have to check my insurance company to find out if I can go to these support groups. I think that they can help me.

Per my insurance I have a 6 month time limit on step 2, so I am all about hustle, I spend 30-45 minutes on a treadmill at the gym 4-5 days a week in the morning and then I try to take my dogs for a walk in the late afternoon for a 1.5 mile stroll.
