    I have Anthem BCBS but when it comes to approvals it goes through whatever third party your job uses for insurance approvals . Which is what I learned while waiting for my approval .

    Finally. . This process has taken me about a year and have had my surgery scheduled for about a month. Got the verbal approval today over the phone. Only a couple people know so no one to share the good news with. So excited! Surgery scheduled for Friday September 2nd ☺
