How many ounces are you ACTUALLY eating?

Hey there! Quick question. How many ounces are you eating / how far along are you?

I'm 4 months out and am following my guidelines, but my nutritionist's suggested ounces get weird after 3 months. Wanted to see what people with the surgery are ACTUALLY doing.

I'm 10 months out and can only eat 3 to 4 oz. I still weigh all my food.

Haha... I'm pretty sure I will be weighing my food, forever.

18 months out and I max at 4 oz - I can eat 5 oz if it's yogurt (well, some days, lol...). With everything, some days I can only eat less than 4 oz, but I always max out at 4. I get around 900 calories per day and am in maintenance. Good luck!
