How to satisfy a burger craving during soft foods:

1. 8oz Ground Turkey 93% lean. (Good for 2 servings)

2. Chilli power = 1-2 tspn

3. Fajita seasoning = 1 teaspoon

4. 1 sec Oil spray

5. .5 tblsp low fat low calorie mayo for 4 Oz serving

6. 1 tblsp ketchup per 4 Oz serving.

7. Dried Oregano - a few sprinkles

Cook ground turkey. Add seasonings half way through cooking.

Add condiments and dried Oregano after cooking, for 4 Oz serving.

Enjoy!

Macros for 4oz:

Calories: 230

Protien: 22g

Fat: 13g

Carbs: 7g

That looks good. The only thing I would worry about is the ketchup (a lot of commercial ketchups have high fructose corn syrup which my surgeon is adamant that we avoid).

This is somewhat of a treat. I personally usually use only seasoning and no condiments. For this occasions where only a burger will do, this is the hack I've found. Maybe an organic ketchup?

I actually have a list of substitutes for cravings which I go to when I get the urge to eat something from my previous life. I has saved me many times.
