Depends on your stage. I'm on all foods, 8 months out. My go-to's:

Greek Yogurt, with walnuts or pecans.

Eggs over easy or poached with bacon

Egg "muffins"

Quest protein bar

Bacon, tomato & cheese in lettuce wrap

If it's a weekday I eat a greek yogurt for breakfast because I eat at work and that's the easiest option. Sometimes I add some granola for some starch as my NUT is big on getting starches in.

On the weekend I usually go with Scrambled Eggs and Turkey Bacon, Cream of Wheat, Oatmeal, Special K Protein Cereal with Fairlife Milk, Sausage and Cheese on half an English muffin, Banana and PB Toast. I try and switch it up since it's Greek Yogurt M-F. Also I'm not afraid of carbs and starches but I do keep it in modification.

Oh and once a month I eat a pancake with real maple syrup because it's my favorite food of all time. One pancake and I'm done now.
