Congrats!

I am 4 weeks tomorrow Wednesday. Today I went to a family BBQ of course i took my meal and I looked amazing. Everyone kept commenting on how nice and skinnier I looked. Someone even said I am starting to look sexy!

It feels good dosnt it! I'm feeling healthier and more independent every day in the way that I'm not scared or nervous to go out and do things! It's an amazing oportunity. I have been telling anyone who will listen!

You look amazing by the way! I can't believe I posted a pic of my gut haha I would never have done that 60 lbs ago lol

That is so exciting! I found that even more important to how I look is actually how I feel! Keep it up, you will reach your goal in no time!
