Hi group! New to the forum- sleeved one week ago!

Not sure if it's appropriate to start a new thread to just introduce myself, but I wasn't really sure where else to do that!

I just had my sleeve surgery last Friday- I'm feeling great for the most part! The first few days were rough, but I've been getting progressively better each day. I can reach my Water intake goal and I've been able to finish two premier Protein shakes (60g pro total) each day for several days.

Excited for this new chapter in life and to be more active with my wife and our two puppies! Since starting the pre-op liquid diet I've lost 30#. Hard to believe it's only really been 3 weeks!

I know there aren't too many active folks on this part of the site, but I'd love to connect and get to know you!

Good luck on your journey!

Awesome! How are you doing so far? I mostly just feel tired and my stomach hurts. Not sure if I'm hungry, full, healing, or some other issue causing pain. Still very happy with my decision and looking forward to the changes ahead! How are you feeling?

Im doing ok for the most part.. When i left hospital i was tired and had discomfort as well.. It should get better. I just took it really slow. Im still taking it slow. Lol. Not doing anything too strenuous exercise wise , except for lifting and carrying my 13 mo old twins. food is meh.. Im not enjoying this liquid stage, but I'm following it.
