6 months post OP and I'm kinda stuck in the process

Hey there fellow sleevers,

My name is Will. I had the sleeve surgery on October 13,2015. I weighed 429 I believe day of surgery. I weight 376 now presently. I did fine with the purée stage and all of that. I try my best to work out and Eat right. I don't know if I'm just gonna have to loose the weight slowly according to my body. But I'm really upset I haven't lost more. I know it's no quick fix but I am trying hard. I don't know if I need to start vitamins and protein shake back or what. I eat the stuff I want but it much smaller portions. Anyone pls pls help me. I don't wanna gain it all back. I'm just depressed and gotta find a way to make this help me and not hurt me. To help y'all help me better I'll answer some of your ?s. I don't record my food intake every day. I have a Fitbit h r and try to track it on there , I don't do protein shakes like I should. I did well at the beginning. I do walk and go to the gym pretty regular. Roughly 6500-7500 steps daily. I have sweet cravings from time to time but don't eat all of the bad etc. I know I can do this and so I just have to put my mind to it. Thanks again for the help and letting me vent

Will

I wasn't told exactly to take Vitamins so haven't been doing that very much. I'm gonna look some up and start that

Definitely. When you have your six-month follow-up it should include a blood test to check your Vitamin levels.

What is your Protein target? Are you reaching that daily?

Protein target is 80-100 grams daily. But when I get to about 50 I have a full feeling. It's not fun so I don't force myself to eat. Plus I drink about 130-140 oz of water daily. Try my best to at least. I'll talk to them about that tho. Thank you
