Thank you all for the advice. Can I drink more water than that 60 ounces and my calorie goal is 1000. Is that too much or too little.

Hi folks I had surgery October 15 , 2015. I've lost some weight but not what I thought I would by now. It's definitely slow for me. I have a problem with cafeinted drinks and good food. Can anyone please help me with these areas. ? I drink roughly 120 ounces of water daily n try to eat right Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't figure out my serving sizes and all of that. Protein target is 80-100 grams daily. But when I get to about 50 I have a full feeling. It's not fun so I don't force myself to eat. Plus I drink about 130-140 oz of water daily. Try my best to at least. I'll talk to them about that tho. Thank you

I had Humana when I had my sleeve surgery. They paid all of the cost except for my copy of $200 for in patient hospital stay. Highly think you'll get approved. Have faith my friend. God is great, he will care for you.

Thanks for all the advice friends. I know I can do this but it's really hard for me for some reason. Just need a lot of prayer. Really not thinking insurance will pay for a second surgery. I need to get with the program and I will do that. How much do y'all think I should have lost by now. I had surgery in October 15
