I have a Cinnamon Twist Combat Crunch Protein Bar every morning for breakfast. On the rare occasions I go out for breakfast, I will have one scrambled egg with some feta cheese melted in and a little breakfast sausage.

I only drink my Protein shake for breakfast ...

lunch is a P3 ...

snack is peanuts ...

Protein Shake on the drive home ...

dinner is meat of some sort ...

snack is either a SF fudgesicle or 1/2 of a Protein Bar ...

and lots of Water of course!

that is pretty much it for me ...

too scared to venture to new foods right now ... did that a couple of times and didn't feel the best afterward ...

so i'll stick with what I know for now :)

EAS Protein drink (I take my meds with that) and followed by a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Walmart or dannon light and fit yogurt with 1/2 scoop unflavored Protein to get total of 30 grams

string cheese and lunch meat

sometimes a protein bar - trying to cut back on them. New fav is the Power Crunch salted caramel with a cup of coffee.

My go-to Breakfast is a hard-boiled egg. It's quick and easy and I can grab it on the go. My kids love them too so I always have a supply in the fridge.

I tend to mix things up frequently ... can't eat the same thing too long or I get bored & cravings kick in. Here are some of my go to's:

5 oz greek yogurt with Protein powder (adds an extra 10g) w/ small bits of fruit or berries

1/2c cottage cheese (+powder) with diced peaches

1 scrambled egg with salsa & cheese

1 chicken sausage - large (favs are the spinach & feta or apple)

1 tuna packet (premade) or 1/2c with fat free caesar dressing instead of mayo

1/2c chicken salad with plain greek yogurt instead of mayo & Mrs. Dash seasoning/flavor

In a rush I will have a Protein Drink (either EAS or Syntrax nectar fruit flavored) or when we are traveling I order a plain bagel with sausage, egg & cheese and have them put the cheese between the egg & meat. I give the hubby the bagel and eat just the egg and meat.< /p>

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
