@@Tdot77guy I would for sure be up for meetings. That's something I have been interested in. Either bi weekly or monthly something like that. I wonder how much interest there would be in this area. I start my 3 week Optifast liquid diet tomorrow bright and early then surgery on April 4. I'm very excited and very nervous it has been a long road that started almost 3 years ago so knowing it's so close is crazy

The process is long with ohip. Good luck with the pre op diet.

The Optifast is a challenge for the first few days and then you'll find your appetite drops off. I was amazed I wasn't hungrier.

Good luck with your surgeries! The recovery isn't bad at all. And soon you'll be dropping weight and feeling great. I'm excited for you both. Keep posting abt your journey. It's nice to chat local!

Im strangely excited for the optifast though im sure by this time tomorrow night ill be singing a different toon lol...went out for a goodbye dinner tonight lol....How local are you? Would you be interested in maybe don't meet ups if we can find enough interested people in the area?

I'm in Ancaster. It's a 45 minute drive outside of Toronto. Or 3 hours depending on traffic. Lol

I am looking for some advise i had my operation in India i am looking to followup here. Is that possible how do i go about the refferal. My family phy sent the referral to toronto western hospt they denied the ref. How do i go about it
