Congrats slimtrimshel - I am so glad to hear the weight is coming off and the clothes are being exchanged for smaller sizes Woohooo. I can tell the difference in my clothes too, I actually purchased a couple pair of pants and tops and what was funny was looking at them and saying these won't fit and they do. I totally get the Jean thing too, but jeans are a different beast and seem to take the longest to go down a size. I wish my weight all comes off my abdomen and thighs lol but I'm sure it will do what it wants [emoji22]

It's ok that you ate pizza, you have to live and if you totally restrict yourself it makes it hard to succeed because this feels like a diet and not a lifestyle change. I've learned that my tummy is ok with wine lol I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing [emoji15] I haven't had any at home but was at a business dinner and had part of a glass. I have also learned that I hate business dinners grrrr, I know people pay less attention to our food intake than we think but still it annoys me.

How is everyone's exercise regimen, I've been so busy that mine is not where I want it but I am so getting on it hard this weekend because I'm sure it will melt the pounds away faster [emoji16]

. I have also had wine. I do a sweet wine and do 1/2 Water 1/2 wine still tastes delicious. I still have not exercised, I just don't have the energy but that is because I found out I am Vitamin D deficient. The dr now has me on a weekly D Vitamin and a monthly B injection. I'm hoping that helps!! And yes I take my multi vitamin everyday.

Exercise is a hard one for many of us [emoji22] but for me it's necessary if I want to drop these pounds - I'm not a sweet wine drinker but I can see how the Water would still leave a good taste as it cuts down on the sweetness. I had a Vitamin D deficiency as well and took prescription D up until recently, sometimes our bodies do as they please. How's everyone doing

2/9ers WAKE UPPPPPPPP

LOL I'm awake It's Time... How are you and the 2/9 team? I'm 45 pounds down and enjoying my new body. Eat what I want just in small quantities. If I eat too much of course I pay for it with stomach pain and sometimes vomiting. Some days I can eat something, try it the next day and my body says NO. That's a huge struggle for me right now.

Exercise is fair. I walk 10,000 to 12,000 each day, but I need to lift more. My tummy is not as firm as I would like.

My husband thinks I'm too small and I've been dealing with that. Daughter thinks the same. In return I've purposely not tried to drop anymore weight. I would be down 50 easy by now if I would drink the Protein and not eat chips and salsa and other stuff I should avoid. Hopefully, it blows over and I'll get to 50 and just may try to stop. My goal weight loss originally was 70 pounds. I don't think I will be healthy looking if I get past 50 pounds down.

How is everyone else doing??

Congrats on getting close to your goal, that is awesome - make sure you listen to your body with the weight loss and don't allow anyone to make you feel like you shouldn't continue your journey

My exercise regimen really needs to be kicked into double time. I am not close to goal yet and the weight is coming off really slow in my opinion but I will take a slow loss over no loss

Keep up the good work [emoji16]

Yayyyyyy I'm so glad that everyone is doing well and progressing

It seems like exercise and Water is something we all need to work on, maybe we can do a 2/9er water or exercise challenge for a week or something- curious about everyone's food intake and menu? I still can't get in more than 2 oz of a solid meat and my appetite is so fickle but I find that if I don't get in at least 7" grams of Protein I won't lose any weight, so I try to ensure that my Breakfast has at least 30 g of protein so it's easier to get to 70 by day's end

I'm up for the exercise and Water challenge. On the eating. I have noticed that the last couple of days have been much easier to eat foods. I was able to eat a 4 oz. steak. That's all I had for supper and I ate super slow.

I have trouble with the water 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for sure!!

Yayyyyy lets do a water/ liquid challenge - starting Sunday. My goal is 64oz, everyone just state what the minimum is they want to consume and check in daily saying yay or nay for meeting goal and any challenges that may have hindered you from doing so [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322] we can do it for at least 2 weeks and go from there

Lauriessp- count me in for a meet up, I'm always open for a get away or something

You guys rock [emoji51]

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
