  5. Thank you It's Time. The weight is starting to come off slower. I'm working out 4 to 5 days a week. I'm sure I am adding muscle but I'm just getting impatient. I'm at 208. I'm going to add more protein and water starting tomorrow!!
  6. Hi guys. I have not made amazing progress but I'm pretty happy with it. I have lost 58 pounds total. That's it. Thanks for the inspiration. Starting to think I'm might be doing something wrong.
  7. Wow. You guys are amazing!! I have only lost 45 pounds but I have been working out and trying drink lots of water!! I also have not told many people about the surgery and I really don't want to tell people. Hair loss. Okay people. I promise you got to take Viviscal. Be faithful to this vitamin daily and in three months you will love me for sharing this with you. This vitamin is beyond amazing!! I would start out with Viviscal professional for the first month and then you can switch to the regular strength. Regular strength is a bit more affordable. But both are worth any amount of money you spend on them. I bought mine on Amazon.

  10. I thought I would be further along too!! I have lost 40 pounds. Still working on the water and getting all the vitamins in. Musclepharm coconut water has 20 grams of protein and the chocolate tastes amazing. But it is expensive. Glad to be in such a supportive group.

  20. I'm up for the exercise and water challenge. On the eating. I have noticed that the last couple of days have been much easier to eat foods. I was able to eat a 4 oz. steak. That's all I had for supper and I ate super slow. I have trouble with the water 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for sure!!
  21. Hi all. I'm only 32 pounds down. I joined a gym this week and hopefully will get some much needed toning going. Definitely have to work on drinking water and exercising. You guys inspire me. That's some epic weight loss. You should be proud!!
  22. Happy 2 months anniversary guys. Hope everyone is doing well.
  23. OMG!!!!!! I can't wait to eat an apple
  24. I love this thread!! Everybody in the group is so positive. Since I'm late, let me introduce myself. I am 52 years old. My high weight was 262. I am 5'7". I now weigh 234. My surgery date was also February 9. I had my surgery in Mexico. So I've been creeping on this group trying to find out foods and tips. Again I'm going to say that I love all the encouragement that this group has for each other. It's very refreshing. Good night for now and starting tomorrow I am going to get 10,000 steps in and some type of cross fit. Btw can I eat an apple??
  25. It's time. My scale hasn't moved in 10 days either!!! I want to scream. I just keep thinking that this is great for the skin. Right? Ugh. Let's do some cross fit. I'm in.
  26. Viviscal hair growth vitamins. I take them faithfully. It will take about 3 months to show the effects but they are miracle workers. It's the best of the best.
