Hi I had gastric bypass Aug 08th 2014....coming up to two year anniversary. I lost 126 lbs within 4 lbs to goal. Started at 297 now 175. Feeling great no regrets. Going for pannulectomy and abdominalplasty this coming july 18, 2016.... Very excited about that. Anyone had this procedure and able to speak to me about the recovery they experienced. Would like to loose more but i guess will see after this surgey if I need to keep going a little lower.

I'll be having my surgery in Toronto on June 7th - Trying to power through this Optifast diet for the week!

Had surgery in October 2015. Have lost about 110 lbs- still losing. Had surgery in Toronto at TW. Feel free to pm me if you have any questions or want to discuss the process in more detail.

I'm in Ottawa and having my surgery on June 6th. So close to being done Optifast!

Hi all, I am about half way to surgery (was told it would take about a year. I had my orientation in Windsor ON in February. I am from Windsor.

My rny is next Friday July 15 in Ottawa ???? so ready to be done the Optifast and get past the surgery date!
