Muscle Egg

Has anyone tried this? My husband just bought some for me on the recommendation of a colleague who had bariatric surgery.

Each half gallon contains over 150 egg whites, sucralose, and other natural/artificial flavors. It's allegedly delicious and comes in something like a dozen flavors. You can also bake with it.

It's 25g of Protein per 8 oz serving, with 1g sugar and no fat.

Considering that it's packed with protein, I'm sick of (and sick from) protein shakes, and these 2 half gallons were hella expensive, I'm drinking them even if they taste like garbage!

I have one in a vanilla cupcake flavor and another in chocolate caramel. Anyone have experience with these?

I've heard of folks using egg protein but haven't personally tried it . Word of advice, just save the receipt and return it if you don't like it. Life's too short to eat nasty food.

I've gotta be honest, when I read the title of your post I thought you were referring to these.

That said, I have not, but am eager to hear what you think

I love the egg protein. I used it extensively during pre op diet. I wasn't able to continue though because I realized the type I was using lacked several vitamins and couldn't be considered a meal replacement. They do taste great though and if I have a day where I don't get enough protein in I drink one before bed. The chocolate tastes like chocolate milk to me.
