I just got my pre-op appointment and my surgery date. My pre-op is this Wednesday, December 2, 2015 and my surgery date is Monday, December 7th (no time yet). EEEEEKKKKKK!!!! Now I am a BUNDLE of nerves, excitement, anxiety, nerves, excitement, anxiety (well, you get the picture). This just became real!! Any advice from any one? I have been so impatient about getting these appointments and now they're here.

My journey/adventure is about to begin.....

^{Bel, kiba78 is right...it will be fine. I was really stressed, worried, excited too but everything was great and is getting better. I kept telling myself that "tomorrow will be a better day" and it was. I go for my post-op on January 6 and I'm feeling the same as right before my surgery. I am eager to see what happens next. Banded4change. I'm doing fine. I made it through Christmas pretty good. I'm still hungry and on full liquids for another week. I'm looking forward to pureed foods. How are you doing

Thanks for the updates on here it's really good to read all of your journeys. Am I right in saying no fill at surgery they do it a few weeks post surgery? I have a terrible memory and cant remember if my surgeon told me.
