    Hi I am in Vancouver as well! Hoping your surgery went well. I'm just now gathering information about surgery. It’s going to be a long process especially with Molina insurance requirements and hoops to jump through. I've found a new PCP and will be seeing them 6-2-16. Hoping my new doctor is pro surgery! Any advice would be appreciated.
