Assimilate gastric sleeve without having surgery?

Can one just eat small amounts and take vitamins... Follow all the same rules without actually getting surgery, and get similar results?

I am in Southern California and attended the health education classes in Hollywood at Kaiser Sunset.

My husband was born in Hollywod

I was also born in Hollywood. :) :)

I will be two years out next month and still don't really get hungry. If I feel hungry I eat, but if I'm out running around or something it quickly passes and I just forget that I was hungry. I think my surgeon removed part of my attention span along with my stomach.

My stats are not impressive. I spent at least 8 months battling a cross addiction with alcohol. I'm better now and back on the proper path.
