Steroid shot and the sleeve

I get epidural steroid injections in my spine for my back problems. I have one scheduled the week after my "anticipated" surgery date. Will that be ok? I left a message for my surgeon but no answer yet. I need to know soon to reschedule. Should I get it before my surgery?

Steroid injections make me so Han-gry though.

Best to let the surgeon answer that. Just come up with a plan for how to manage the added hunger.

You also might be a little tender to be laying face down on the table.
