I finally have my date/ recipes :)

So I got my surgery date and still cannot find any Protein drinks that I like without make me sick or have that sandy feel in my mouth.

I'm really nervous....

Also does anyone have any good recipes for healthy foods pre and post op?

This week I made chicken and cabbage stir fry and also a cauliflower based pizza.

Premier Protein chocolate is decent. I also like unsweetened almond milk with powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury vanilla protein, a TBSP of PB2 and some crushed ice. Sometimes I had 1/2 a banana. It's fantastic

As I've mentioned in other posts, I really like the Dymatize iso-100 protein powders they dissolve completely with no gritty or chalky textures and I've noticed no aftertaste either. Another choice might be isopure RTD they seem a bit pricey but a 20oz bottle packs 40 grams of protein, they have a variety of flavors and they are more like a Gatorade than a shake so that helps change it up a bit.....best of luck!

So many.... Muscle milk, premier, advocare, advantage, the whey, ... A co worker grabbed me one called "core power" and this is amazing!!! It's gluten free, lactose in tolerant, and 26g protein.

The one I use is 100% whey from gnc I throw it in the nutra ninja with 2% milk and ice and it tastes like nesquick
