100 Pounds!

I have officially lost 100 pounds! I was giddy this morning when I weighed myself. I really wanted to hit the 100 lb mark before my 1 year surgiversary and I did it with a week to spare.

I'm so excited!!

    I had my surgery August 5, 2015, I have lost 50 lbs.so far am wanting to lose more but I am having difficulties because I was told to try and eat 65 to 70 grams of Protein but I am having a hard time. Any suggestions?
