  5. Thank you for your answer! Do you have to remember the measurements how many ounces of protein each meal I know it’s a cup of food which is a challenge now lol but I can’t find my diet plan! I know everyone is different

  7. I too was a slow loser .. you will lose it all trust me the first year is the most productive. Don’t give up ... what is your diet like?
  8. I was sleeved in August 5 years ago I should add!
  9. 5 years ago I laid on the table and had life changing surgery! I was sleeved. And I felt renewed. I got down to 138 by my birthday in December I looked and felted wonderful. I ended up at 142-145 and was ok with that . Life took me for a ride and now for the past year I’ve put on 20 pounds I know where I went wrong the hardest part is support and getting mentally back on track if you have any advice I’m open
  10. Yea I kept it off for 4 years this last year has gotten me I’ve recently started being the very disciplined person I was before. I became very relaxed and didn’t even realized I gained weight until I stepped on the scale by accident. Mostly graze eating. I’m hoping I can shed the extra weight I know it’s going to be hard.
  11. 5 years out I am going through regain right now trying to lose I still am very grateful for my decision years back

  19. Have you already hit your goal weight? My doctors goal, yes. That's awesome!!! You did that in an extremely short time. Kudos to you! :-) Thank you. It wasn't easy .. Still isn't. I have too mentally remind myself of a lot of things on a regular basis .. Very easy to get relaxed, how's your journey coming along?
