  1. Oh okay. Yea the process was pretty quick for me. I had mine done in August 2015. Good luck on your journey.
  2. I'm at 7 months and I have stalled to.. It's only been about a week though .. But I've never been at the same weight since this journey started. I believe my protein is the reason not entirely sure my carbs are under 60 I do have sweets but my sugar stays under 20g .. I have been exercising more so maybe upping my calories might help I'm not sure
  3. No problem. Did you just start the process? Some places go by your starting weight.
  4. I went through kp Richmond I believe they are somewhat different, but I wasn't required to do classes. I was required to lose some weight. But not much.
  5. Yea they can give you a PPI for that.. I have it every once in awhile.
  6. Thank you right now I'm active for a hour a day I would like to go 2 hours do I need to put my stats?
  7. @@Alex Brecher thank you so much yes I feel so good. I haven't been 147 pounds since I was elementary school. Thanks for the answer!!! I have a hard time with my old habits trying to creep back in.. I've been mainly eating tuna, cheese ,chicken and deli meats. And most veggies. No corn or celery. Lettuce is hard for me to. I want to try new things I can cook but not as well as most. Oatmeal yay I love oatmeal. Will try.
  8. My husband read the paper work, well skimmed through it. So I felt like he wasn't as supportive.. But said he was, So did the rest of my family at first. My husband is still supportive but worries about me.. He didn't show it until we met with the surgeon he had more questions then I did. Lol!!! The rest they aren't as supportive as they were at first. I'm seven months out and I don't care one way or the other. I did it for me not for them if I had to do it over again I wouldn't have told anyone but my husband .. But I don't and it is what it is .. Your husband will come around. You just have to assure him that it won't change you from being the loving wife you are. some women lose weight and change and they start to enjoy other men's attention and makes their husband feel so weak and hurt I've had friends that have done it but I would never disrespect my husband or my marriage in that way some men won't admit that's their fear but it's most likely the cause. I wish you nothing but success in all aspects of your life and can't wait for you to start your WL journey.. Good luck!!!
  9. Okay cool .. I'm only 7 months out my NUT haven't given me a carb count I have to figure that part out ok my own
  10. When you show a person that's new in your life a old picture of you and you have to convince them that it's you... Because your 5 sizes down a look totally different[emoji7][emoji7][emoji30][emoji30][emoji4][emoji4]
  11. Very not true, most have us have lost a lot in the first 4-7 months everyone is different but like everyone has said you have to do the work. That being said no one knows how much you will lose that is entirely up to you. Not the sleeve or any doctor. It's on you and your determination .. I believe anyone with the sleeve can be successful .. It's hard at times but not impossible
  12. Oh maybe that's why.. I've never seen them. Guess I will try the P3 I need something fast with a lot of protein
  13. which state are you guys in they don't have those out here in my part California
  14. How many days a week do you exercise?
  15. I never heard of this before Thank you, I will start looking for them . Where are these at?
  16. @@Smye I respect that. I hope you find all the answers and happiness. I want to say that the interest comes solely from seeing you graciously accept Mrs. Smye and her decisions and work through this time with her, And not leave her to be hurt and alone. And also to see you persevere and pick your self up and get back out there and try to find companionship whether it's a friend or more. I've been here since the very beginning since the thread was started and can't wait until you all find your happy endings ..
  17. Are you going to let a few days go by before taking the "ACTRESS" up on her offer to catch up? This is such a interesting thread I might add, my question pop up out of no where!!!
  18. @@Smye it sounds like it went as good as it could have. Good for the both of you. Yes,I agree let time pass before taking her up on her offer.. To soon to become besties
  19. Hey @@Smye how did the break up go?? I know it wasn't easy .. It's always going to be easier said then done. Some people will never understand that. Anywho, I hope it went as well as to be expected.
  20. @@Smye Thats a tricky one letting someone down easy ...I hope that goes well for you, she might understand and she might not. I agree, children are always the first priority so there's no time to wait it out. My girls are very smart and retain a lot of their surroundings, so you are right to want your son around someone that is emotionally stable. You will get to where you need and want to be. I personally feel the actress would be a good start. Friendship that is. That's the best way to start!!
