I am 7 months out I had the gastric sleeve. I haven't been worried about calories, but I still want to know because I am unsure of how many calories and carbs I am supposed to be consuming. Can some one please let me know? I was told not to worry about calories but I want to keep everything going as good as it's going. Also Is one cup of food to much? So far I've lost 95 pounds. I know that the "honeymoon" period will be coming to a end soon.
