I just had my 2 moth post op visit- and I mentioned I am at a 21/2 week stall. They said it is normal, after your body looses so much in a short timeframe. A stall can last up to 4 weeks, before they get worried.

They also said if you are working out everyday to not worry about counting calories, asong as you are flowing the dr food plan.

Here is Hoping the scale moves soon!!!

Hi. Surgery on 8/31 and I am down 22lbs. Eating regular food with protein being top priority. Barely eating 4oz of food at any meal, so I am supplementing with protein shakes.

Walking and stationary bike 45 - 60 minutes at least 5 days/week. Last week I worked out all 7 days.

breakfast - 20 oz coffee with protein (46 oz)

Mid morning snack - 1/2 boiled egg

Lunch - 16 oz protein shake with almond milk (46 oz protein)

Dinner - 10 seedless grapes, one grilled chicken tender

Surgery on 8-25-15. Down 72 lb Doing great. Just wanted to check in.

Holy crap 72 pounds. Amazing. I had surgery August 24. Been in emergency twice with dehydration. Cant get fluids or protein in. Miserable and weak. I'm down 35 pounds but when I get terrible burning in my sternum and my face looks 10 years older. No energy to work out yet. Frustrated yet still happy I did this.....

Surgery on 8-25-15. Down 72 lb Doing great. Just wanted to check in.

wow!!! Congrats that's a fantastic loss!!!

My surgery was on 8-25-15. I'm down 20 pounds from surgery date. January I weighed 245, surgeon visit 241, day of surgery 210,and today 190!! I'm 5'2. I can eat 3-4 oz at a time, depending on what it is. Just starting to get some energy back. I have a Tony Little Gazelle and use that for cardio. Just finished 40 minutes. I'm so happy that I've made this change in my life!! Happy losing to all!!

I had my surgery August 25th and I'm doing great!

72 pounds wow what are you doing? That's great! Did you have the sleeve?

August 24. Down 36 pounds. Not fun though..dehydrated and can't get fluids and protein in.

I had my surgery on 8/14. I haven't lost any weight in over 2 weeks. I've been eating like I should. I'm getting really nervous.

Please don't be nervous, I have been following a few different sleevers and they all said to expect a stall at week 6 to 12. I've been fluctuating between .5 to one lb for a week now and I'm week 7, I think.

Hey there! Imp a little late to the conversation but was sleeved on Aug 3rd. Things have been good for the most part! Certainly happy with my weight loss but I don't want to eat! I am really struggling with food! When I think about it everything sounds good, and smells good but when I think about actually eating it I feel nauseous! Anyone else have this problem? I also have had what I call a lump in my throat since week3. Its not really a lump and it comes and goes but it also gives me a sick feeling. I have tried taking Omneprozal 20mg. a day, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any ideas?
