New Taste test Syntrax Naturals Chocolate

Okay hi all, so Syntrax was generous enough to send me some samples of the New Naturals line of Protein shakes.

My first taste test was the Natural chocolate. Now the Naturals line has no artificial sweeteners or products and uses stevia and monk fruit to sweeten the product.

Zero Sugar, Zero Fat Lactose and gluten free. 90 calories in a full scoop.

It mixes extremely well, no blender required its a very very fine powder, not at all grainy.

Taste wise, it is one of the most mild flavors ive ever had. It does not have that artificial sweetener taste at the end either. Its a very mild flavor. Did i say that enough? literally if you like strong chocolate flavor this isnt it. But if you need that natural part of things, and have a hard time with that sweet aftertaste, this is most certainly for you. I would highly recommend this as a stand alone mix. Its not strong enough for mix-ins as anything you added would just overpower this flavor. PB2 just overpowered it. But on its own, it was very nice and a really easy drink.

I give it 9.5 out of 10 stars. 10 is reserved for an OMG absolute must-haves, and this is a great product for sure.

I will have reviews of the orange, peach and strawberry creme soon.

Enjoy!

Nice review. Just a reminder. Stevia is in the ragweed family . If you are allergic to pollen and ragweed, this will trigger them.

@@BLERDgirl interesting! I didn't know that Stevia was in the ragweed family! Thanks for sharing. Learn something new everyday :)

It doesn't mean it's not a good product. Many folks here use it and like it.
