August 20th Sleevers chime in here

I have surgery at 8 a.m. Thursday. Who else? I'd love to know so I can pray for you all as I'm praying my way thru mine.

How is everyone doing with water intake? I still experience pain when I drink and get fill/bloated really fast. How much does an average pouch hold and for how many hours?

I'm not sure on how much water the sleeve can hold but one thing that helped me with increasing water intake was adding ice to the water. It helped drink more and I didn't feel as sick after.
