Did you do well with the band at the barbeques?

I had a barbeque at my house yesterday and my family and friends were eating, drinking, dancing and having a great time. My band and I did great, we didn't indulge in all the food or drinks. I am so proud of myself. I found myself at 10 pm contemplating eating or drinking some water and since I didn't know how much longer I would be up for the night I decided to fill up on water. I think that was a smart decision I made considering in the past I would have gone for the late night meal. I didn't do good with my dinner because I basically didn't eat but I didn't over eat either I just made sure I kept myself hydrated. How was your day? Care to share?:whoo:

I am proud to say that i stuck to my campbells soup while everyone else eat their hamburgers & hot dogs. It was SOOO hard, but I did it. I am still in the liquid stage for 2 more weeks.

I did great also. Yesterday I was able to add soft foods so I enjoy a piece of grilled fish (talipia) and drank plenty of water while everyone else had beer.
